Robert Stauble, O.D.Education - Dr. Rob completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Connecticut with minors in Genetics and Molecular Cell Biology.
He advanced on to enroll in the inaugural Scholars Program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. He graduated with High Honors and the CooperVision award for excellence in contact lenses. |

Experience - Dr. Rob's clinical experience began at The Eye Institute rotating through specialty services: pediatrics, contact lens, glaucoma, retina, and neuro.
He continued on to WillsEye Hospital at a practice specializing in low vision, vision therapy rehabilitation for eye related issues resulting from traumatic brain injuries, and specialty contact lenses for treating conditions of the cornea.
His time at the VA Hospital of Philadelphia was focused on managing ocular disease, especially those associated with systemic conditions like: diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and auto-immune disease.
Working at private optometry practices in the Philadelphia area provided exposure to the optical side of the industry and discovering the highest quality frames and lenses that will be in the best interest of every patient's vision.

Maggie Stauble, BSN, RN
Education - Maggie completed her Bachelor dual-degree in Sociology and Business from Providence College.
She went on to pursue another Bachelor degree, this time through a highly competitive accelerated nursing program at the #1 ranked nursing school in the country, the University of Pennsylvania. After a rigorous 18 months, Maggie earned her BSN, RN.
Experience - After nursing school, Maggie completed a year of nurse residency as a prerequisite to joining the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) in The Pavilion at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). Maggie also serves in the role of charge nurse on the inpatient unit and is Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified.
At SeeSharp, Maggie takes on a clinical advisory role ensuring that all protocols are up-to-date with the most recent evidence based medicine. In the office, she is certified to perform procedures within our dry eye clinic such as: Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Meibomian Gland Expression.

Madison Dunn
Education - Madison completed her dual-degree Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of International Studies at East Carolina University. Her focus there was on photography and international culture. That lead her to studying abroad in Europe where she completed a program in glassblowing and metalwork.
Experience - With a background in photography, glassblowing, and metalwork a transition to opticianry was seamless. Her experience in fashion photography helped mold her eye for picking out fashion-forward eyeglass frames. Her education continued on with the OpticianWorks course, mastering nuances of eyeglass prescriptions, lens materials, and frame features.

Marquise Hardy
Background - Marquise has a genuine passion for helping people. He started on a path towards a Bachelor of Nursing at Manor College and the Community College of Philadelphia. During school he was offered an Office Manager position at a busy primary care medical office and took his career down that path.
Experience - Marquise brings both direct patient care and practice management experience to the table. He is an expert in navigating various medical insurance plans and organizing appointments to make the check-in process simple. Marquise played collegiate basketball, which translates to his team-oriented mentality and work ethic around the office. Lastly, his experience in photography brings a versatility in both lens optics and an eye for the art of frame aesthetics.
Marquise wants to make everyone comfortable and happy. Education - Queen studied Digital Filmmaking and Video Production at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She went on to become a Licensed Esthetician, so now she has the expert ability of making you the lead role in your life's own film!

She moved on from a Sales Associate to an Administrative Coordinator at Jefferson Hospital where she learned the importance of precise communication, organization in scheduling, and welcoming customer service.
